Professional Project Catering was founded by Mary Perry, who set out to raise the standard of construction catering by offering dependable service, consistent quality and an understanding of the unique needs of construction teams.

For over 25 years, Mary has built long-standing relationships with contractors and project managers across London and the Home Counties, many of whom still trust us today.

Now led by Managing Director Josh Perry, who has worked alongside Mary since 2020, the company is evolving to meet the demands of modern construction. Josh brings fresh energy, strategic focus and a commitment to innovation while Mary continues as Non-Executive Director.

Together, Josh and Mary lead a core team, many of whom have been with the business since its inception and are experienced in the speed and demands of construction site catering.
